ONGOING PROJECTS

  • Baràt Sparkling Wine

Quality sparkling wine from Baratuciat grapes

  • In direzione ostinata e contraria….

(literally In a stubborn and contrary direction… a phrase form a song by Italian singer and poet Fabrizio De Andrè)

  • White wine from overripe grapes
Another project involves the drying and subsequent vinification of white grapes selected in the winery, to complete the range of our labels with a meditation wine, sweet but at the same time warm, alcoholic…
